Volunteers are our life blood, without them we jsut simply could not do what we do.
As a charter standard community club, we insist that all our our youth coaches are properly qualified and vetted.
To coach at Anstey Nomads you will be required to hold an FA Enhanced criminal Records Check plus either hold or commit to gaining:
- Minimum of FA Level 1 in coaching football
- FA Emergency Aid Certificate
- FA Safeguarding Children Certificate
- Hold an up to date FA Coaches Licence
The club will support coache sin gaining and maintaining the qualifications above and in progression along the coaching pathway to Level 2, UEFA B or the FA Youth Awards.
Out aim is simple, to put the player at the centre of our coaching, development before winning.
